The view from here

One bright spot I am enjoying in my life right now is a new job I started a few weeks ago. It's a very small company, with only four employees (five counting the owner). Until our new downtown offices are ready, we are working out of his home in Seattle. I'm seated near the front window where I enjoy this stunning view of Puget Sound.

The job itself is both fun and challenging. And I negotiated myself a 32-hour (4-day) work week! Which is great because I really look forward to my Fridays off to catch up on things and do other freelance work. I'm a lucky man.
