Pressed for a decision

I am waiting outside the Press condominuns on Seattle's Capitol Hill for my real estate agent to show. Condos here are moving fast, and this my chance to buy into a prime location in the high-rent district. Which I suppose is another way of saying I'm about to become a slime-bag landlord.

Actually I hope the slimy part isn't true. I already act as landlord to my neighbors in the duplex, and I've always had good relations with them. But I am definitely making this purchase as an investment — in other words, to make money. Is that so wrong?
